Star Tales es el álbum debut de la banda griega Dol Ammad de genero symphonic metal, publicado el 30 de noviembre de 2004, bajo el sello Black Lotus Records. Dol Ammad creó su propio sello privado, Electronic Art Metal, en 2006 para distribuir todos los lanzamientos de la banda. Según Thanasis Lightbridge, el nombre de la banda significa "castillo de columnas" y lo eligió deliberadamente para que sonara inusual. Está tomado del juego de computadora Descent 3 del que Thanasis es un gran admirador, y según él es el nombre "de una refinería de combustible en el planeta Europa"
